Ahh, Romania, truly the driving sucks. Wonderful people who all turn into complete numbnuts the minute they get behind the wheel of a car. Genuinely the worst drivers I have ever known outside of Asia.
The death rate isn’t helped by the “wearing a seatbelt makes me less virile” (with its corollary “wearing a seatbelt as a passenger is insulting the driver”) culture still dominating, either.
