I live overseas. My ballot was sent on the 18th of September and I still haven’t received it. Fortunately, they make it easy to mark it, print it and email it back. I’m just super weirded out about not receiving it though.

Edit: I got it the day after I wrote that comment and just after I had printed/sent it by email. Talk about a coincidence!
