I respect you honest answer and fully understand your concerns. You have your own genuine reasons not to use AI. How ever as things evolve and, since I could use company provided AI for almost two years now, I can tell you LLMs now are not simply a tool to predict the next word. They got so much more advanced than that. I am not advocating for AI companies. I would want to run one locally. Just trying to keep you updated on the subject because you seem to have a niche interest in it. But I guess it won’t be enough reason to start using it.
