Have been feeling this strongly recently. The people with the most signs are the least appealing to support. The food with the most advertisements seems the most likely to be trying to lure people into eating garbage.
Surely there is a word for this? Spam doesn’t feel like the right term when it’s all over the place all the time. It’s like you know it’s wrong because there’s too much money involved trying to convince everyone it’s right.
You mean the “Princess Di” effect? If I have to hear about poor brave and valiant her or see one more picture of poor poor her peeking up from under that 5lb swoop of bangs she hid behind I. Will. Scream. Married Royal and Rich. Had problems with the in-laws and that Camilla-datin’ husband. Shit happens. At least she didn’t have to work at Dollar General to make ends meet.
