  I’m assuming it makes sense to him in a weird way to add bacteria to water.
  
  A - Plausible food fungus reasons
  
  B - Billionaires buy proper equipment, toilet brewing seems odd for a rich person
  
  C - Very impractical way to wash pits
  
  D - No reason to tell people and no benefit over just using regular water
