Vaping is turning out just as bad as smoking the more we learn of its long term consequences.

This sentence in the last link that you included contractics the suggestion that vaping is just as bad as smoking.
I think there is also a specific use for cigarettes in that fashion, in any case cope harder. Vaping is bad for you.
