Politico notes that the appeals panel hearing our case had deep reservations about the government’s arguments, with Judge Patricia Millett asking: “Can the president then offer on eBay to sell them, all of our national security secrets, to the highest bidder?”
The government’s response was, in short, “yes.”
Why do you think Russia is waging Cold War II and supporting MAGA? Precisely for that reason. As you probably do know, I’m not trying to educate. Just venting frustration.
And they won’t even end up reaping the benefits because their government is so corrupt itself. China will and Europe might.
