I don’t want to sound like I’m against life but if the animal kills a human, if it had the same rights as we do…it would be put to death for murder. Justice should be served. The fact that the zoo keeper was caring for the animal and committing her life to helping them as a whole is a big aggravating factor.
Doubly stupid because no one is put to death for murder in the Netherlands, where it is not applied, banned by the constitution, and banned by EU law. The law also bans extradition of suspects if they risk the death penalty.

Basically this also says: “Because a leopard ate a zookeeper’s face, the death penalty should be reinstated in the Netherlands.”

At least that one got downvoted, and the person advocating for letting these animals live got upvoted. Reality has a left-wing bias.
