This is literally by design. They are putting a load of attractive women in three ads in (Mormon appropriate) attire to try attract young men into the church.

The reason you don’t see young handsome men in the ads for the women is because the LDS doesn’t really care about what women think. Under LDS doctrine women aren’t allowed to know their husband’s temple name, but their wife tells their husband their temple name because they believe that someone’s temple name gives someone power over them, and they believe husbands should have power over their wives.
