Honestly, that’s not “young people talk”. That is way too complete, I don’t think anybody bellow 30 ever talked in full words like that. This is “old people imitating young talk”.
Millennial here, I read it by skipping over the emojis, as if they didn’t exist, and it was at least as understandable as most other random internet ramblings.
