      Wdym? You just selected the image, moved it to where you wanted to crop it, then adjusted the borders until it was cropped.

      I distinctly remember having crop on really old paint, but it was hidden in the menus.

      Why do I remember that? Pc with 2 monitors, print screen button, paste into paint, crop out second monitor.
