My entire point is that people will conflate mocking the Jewish religion, for mocking the Jewish people; which will get them up on a high horse and unhappy and/or angry with you for being antisemitic.

Comedy is different than genuine criticism. The first is allowed, the second not. You are free to do as they tell you.
