They claim the source is “The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA)” though they don’t link the report itself so I’m not sure if this is true or false.

The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) released a statement calling Israel an illegitimate state, deepening the country’s already strong opposition to Israel.

North Korea doesn’t recognize Israel though.
