    I cook about 1/3 of the time my wife about a 1/3 of the time and both of us together about 1/3 of the time. We are both very good cooks but have different strengths.

    I’m better when I plan ahead equilibrium brines, sousvide, smoking, Indian currie etc. She can look at what’s in the fridge and whip up something good at short notice.

    Together is usually each of us working on a different dish or me doing Mise en place for her.
