So what you’re basically saying is that any YouTube channel since the dawn of the DMCA has been permanently in the status of “Our Channel Could Be Deleted”. That’s… not exactly news is it? What makes the GamersNexus case special?

They could very easily make another 2 or cause a lot more issues leading to the deletion of his account. That’s not true. It has to be 3 strikes with merit, so rejected or reverted ones don’t count, and they expire after 90 days too.
