    Feeling very betrayed.

    Got word that one of my tennants is apparently “pregnant” and nowhere in the contract does it say I’m okay with a baby moving into the property. Can’t believe she didn’t disuss this with me. Is it reasonable to make her pay double since they’re gonna be two people living there or do I just terminate the deal completely for the breach of trust?

      Grotesque how they reproduce like this. I would charge double and extra for the advanced wear and tear on the property (the spawn will surely vomit or spread excrement on the carpeting)
