Nice to finally have a safespace for Landlords on Hexbear. This site really has come a long way.
Make sure thst they’re geographically spread out, so you get to spend lots of time in traffic in your bentley so you can inspect them each amd charge the people who stay there a ln additional $500 flat fee for cleaning /after/ the cleaners have come throug. Maybe some will dispute it, but others may pay
