The majority of the arrests were for supporting a proscribed group under the Terrorism Act, while police said 17 were also arrested for assaults on police officers “after the protest turned violent”.

I forgot how much better peaceful protesting has done for the situation. If we look throughout history, I’m sure there are lots of examples of significant power dynamic swings between the ruling class and the governed that happened without violence enacted upon the oppressors.

You are a fool of you think an unarmed, untrained populace will win in an outright war with the police and the government. In reality you are a ghoul that wants to see death in your own country.

Never in the history of mankind, has there been a significant shift in the power dynamic between the ruling class and the governed, that occurred through peaceful protesting alone. NEVER. If you actually want anything to change, then peaceful protest has never and will never be enough.

You dont know what paeceful protests are. Peaceful doesn’t mean no economic obstruction or property destruction.
