    Otherwise I recently have been really enjoying a quinoa “tabbouleh”. Great vegan/DF/GF/low GI recipe, and this time of year I can get most everything from the garden for it; tomato, cucumber, parsley, garlic, scallion, (maybe a little kale if I’m a real sicko 😏). Mixed together cooked quinoa, oil and lemon and baby you’ve got a stew
