People that voted to deport illegals never voted to send illegal immigrants straight to prisons in other countries, let alone ones they’ve never been to, without charge or cause.

Do not let any partisans tell you otherwise, the percentage of people that would support that is infinitesimally small, seven, at most 15% of the population in total.

There’s a way to deport illegal immigrants fairly. To be clear we have failed that standard of Fairly for some time, we have deported a lot of citizens.

But deporting to prison for life in a tin pot dictatorship with us paying the jailers is just beyond the pale. The public does not support that.

The shit candidates that the Democrats provide are a consequence of them being a business party (read GOP candidates), the two (business) parties system is a consequence of the “”“”“free market”“”“” and a large populous of Americans decelerating revolutionary movements just before they (wrongly) think it will negatively impact them.

Edit: holy fuck dude you’re just in these comments defending uneducated voters with your all, people choose not to inform themselves on how policy will be enacted, they choose to listen to Trumps rambling and choose to block out any critique of it, if you reduced voters to just voters then you might have a point, but these are real people with real lives who – believing the USA to be the most powerful country in the world, and despite likely having loved ones of their own, in a wide range of circumstances – decided to vote for a jingoistic, bigoted, lying childremoved. ANYONE who voted for Trump is evil, ignorance is not an excuse when you chose to be ignorant (this might be too hardline since there is a lot of manufacturing consent in the west, but I don’t wanna write about that so for this edit just pretend they are all free thinking, which I assume you’re doing since you called someone a sheep in your other comment)

You guys and your everyone is against us on main street because voters rejected the worthless cunts you backed for the d party are just wrong headed as always.

Instead of admitting a mistake in backing worthless cunts that could not win elections they have let everyone to blame the voters as if that would excuse their Fielding of candidates that can’t win.

How about you admit you made a fucking mistake and get us some candidates that can win rather than wringing your hands about how everyone’s against you which is not even fucking true.

Go fuck yourself with your deportation fetish you sick piece of shit. Nobody on this planet is illegal, especially not in the eyes of the largest settler colony to still exist on this earth. Give the land back to the natives if you worry so much about illegal immigration.

Piss off ya tankie, you want to condemn everyone in the country because of their leadership, even though the leaders that you support are some of the biggest pieces of shit in the world. And we actually would be justified in associating you with those people since you support them.

You do notice how nobody is trying to move into your country?

I was waiting for the moment when you showed how uninterested you actually had been in this conversation because you only wanted to share your incorrect opinion.

And now, when faced with actual pushback, you started relying on the only thing you could think of in your ignorance on the topic at hand: namecalling.

Voters do not know shit, they voted for deportations not prison for life in some prison with the us paying the bill, without charges or connection to that country.

Anyone telling you otherwise is misleading you almost nobody supports that.

What people vote for in their hearts & minds is completely irrelevant.

If you voted to deport people then you are indirectly responsible for what happens to them thereafter since it would not have happened if they hadn’t been deported.

The obvious solution is to not to vote for deportation.

Stop blaming voters, you knew the situation and backed candidates with strategies that could not win.

It has everything to do with this, and everything to do with the establishment pushing you to blame voters, as if that would make it okay. Sheep indeed.

The vast majority are people going along with the program because they think the bosses know what they are doing. You are pretending like the population is hopelessly fucked and it is just not true. Only a lack of leadership has prevented us from taking the country you better believe it.

The majority, yes, but there is still an organised and highly reactionary segment of petite bourgeoise/labor aristocracy that makes up a decent chunk of the population and wants this shit to happen.

People only vote to deport “illegals” because they’re told stories that scapegoat immigrants for their worsening material conditions.

Ideally we would abolish borders and let people move about more or less as they please. But that can’t happen until after many revolutions.

Idk they are scapegoating but it is not completely wrong. Illegal immigrants are used to depress wages, if they get uppity they can be deported on a whim.

That is why those arguments get such support, because they have a basis, and are then used to scapegoat all of the problems that results from the rich stealing our fucking lunch.

Except the solution to that problem would be to make the pathway to citizenship straightforward, along with making worker protection the basis of labor laws. Removing the material basis does not mean you need to mass deport immigrants so that whites can swoop in and also get fucked with shitty labor practices.

The capitalists who employ migrants are doing so becuase its cheap labor, therefore the citizen’s workforce needs to organize around guarteeneed employment and raising the status these exploited laborers.

It’s a scapegoat because the material basis that moves the people us being designed by capitalists, whereas migrants gave zero control over their own exploitation.

Without a labor movement jobs means nothing but poverty for workers for sure. Immigrant labor is a small part of the erosion in wages, and environmental protections.

Capital has taken higher and higher shares and it is now clearly unsustainable, wages do not pay for life. Either we get higher wages, or we do not work, or we get bound to our jobs by law as the admin will want to do to stem the bleeding after the downturns and labor strife syarts.
