If you want to see who needs a guarantee and help them out, please visit this page. First check that the instance is not obvious spam of course ;)
Please also reach out to the admins of another guarantee instance you trust to expedite this, as I doubt most admins visit this thread regularly. When you request a guarantee on fediseer, you can optionally specify which instance you want to guarantee for you, and their admins will receive a PM
