        that’s not what concern trolling even means, ffs.
        this is concern trolling:

        i.e. accusing people of doing things they’re not.
        me saying “people are free to associate however they want” but preferring a more accurate description is not concern trolling.
        gender isn’t binary.
        being non-binary doesn’t make sense in that context.
        i don’t respect the way you’re speaking to me disrespectfully.
        say something other than “you bad”. explain it or you’re just flaming

          you bad. You were debating the validity of a widely used term for gender expression and denigrating the use of “non-binary” as latching onto a futuristic term.

            discussing how a word feels to me is not denigrating, it is expressing an opinion.
            i was never debating the validity of a term, i was commenting on my own personal opinion of the aesthetics of the term… which is entirely valid and i will always respect any person’s preferences of references…
            odd coincidence that binary is being used constantly in every other aspect of the world at the exact same time non-binary was popularized, don’t you think?
            do you really not get that connection?
