Imagine believing an Incumbent would lose a primary for the first time in USA history and then using their victory as evidence of fraud.
14,465,519 voted for Biden in the DNC primary in 2024, 87% of all participants. Bernie Sanders chose not to run and the next place runner up was Dean Phillips with 529,664 which as I’m sure you’ll agree most people have never even fucking heard of in their life.
The party sued as many people off the ballot as possible. Biden was the only one on the ballot in all 50 states. Congratulations on the only sort of primary you or any centrist wants: one with a preselected pro-genocide appointee.
AFAIK all lawsuits around the DNC 2024 primaries were brought forward by opposition to Biden’s nomination, can you present any specific cases you’re referring to?
Biden won by 87%, there is no possible outcome where he was going to lose, any challenges to him at that point just create meaningless divides in the party right before a major election deciding the fates of hundreds of millions of people.
EDIT: I found one! They sued Robert F. Kennedy for illegally coordinating with a SuperPAC. Oh wow… what a loss for the american people… /s

No incumbent president
has ever
in the 250 year history of this nation
lost a primary
So why
did
they
feel the need
to sue?
