    In some Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, hearing recordings, seeing images or the names of deceased persons may cause sadness or distress and in some cases, offend against strongly held cultural prohibitions.

      Thank you! I knew about images, but was not aware of names. I had never seen the phrase “known as _ for cultural reasons,” but that solves it.

        I didn’t know about it either but the writing suggested that that was the reason so I went looking for an answer and appeared to have found it.
