the “World” baseball classic has to be the worst pseudo-world tournament. The “Israel” team is 99% american players lmao, just 1 player in the roster was born in Israel. It’s basically a tournament where half the countries are just americans larping as italians, israelis, australians, etc…
This is all major league sports. Most of the players are never from the city they play for.
