Meanwhile, dozens were injured by Iranian strikes in Israel, as Tehran targeted a nuclear site.

Donald Trump threatened Iran in a Truth Social post Saturday evening, warning that the U.S. would target the nation’s power plants if the Strait of Hormuz remained closed.

“If Iran doesn’t FULLY OPEN, WITHOUT THREAT, the Strait of Hormuz, within 48 HOURS from this exact point in time, the United States of America will hit and obliterate their various POWER PLANTS, STARTING WITH THE BIGGEST ONE FIRST!” Trump wrote in the post.

Approximately 20% of the world’s oil passes through the the Strait of Hormuz, a critical trade route. Iranian attacks on ships in the area have seen the area essentially close to maritime traffic, while oil prices have soared globally.

The US seems to want us to be extremely focused on one small part of their war - the Strait of Hormuz. It’s all they ever harp on about.

What’s the situation across the rest of the theatre? How close is the US to accomplishing it’s primary war goals?

Why do they suspiciously want us to ignore everything else and focus on this one international shipping transit lane?

I think it’s quite simple, the blockade is causing oil prices to spike which is seemingly the only thing the public in the US actually considers a problem about the whole war. Opening the strait would stop that and would allow them the continue without getting absolutely destroyed in the midterms.

Problem is, to defend their side of the strait, the US has to redeploy their defenses from places like Korea, Taiwan and Ukraine, which weakens their global position in these regions.

But yes, the US public couldn’t care less as long as it doesn’t affect them.

Assuming they’re the same as Venezuela:

        1. Armed coercion to discourage nation-state dissent against the Great Leader of America
        2. A way to end “Trump I”-era sanctions without losing face.
        3. A way to find new “donors” to Trump’s bank account.

The reason why this failed, was that the dictator’s successor in this instance refused to cooperate with Trump.

Also: Shut down Iran’s nuclear weapons development that accelerated after “Trump I” pulled the US out of the deal that was keeping it in check.

This seems to have more truth and credibility to it than american politics and media. It’s also what Peter theil talks about. When they say people are the antichrist, they are talking about the people that are against these religious extremist wars. And it seems to also align with the Christian nationalism marketing etc… humanity is being played out for ancient psychopath ideologies. While it’s all just vague connections being connected it still seems more honest than what we are groomed for.

They’ve changed all the goalposts and now it’s destroying civilian infrastructure and manufacturing.
