I get the proportionality bias, the feeling of wanting to make things even, and also the survey / voting record based statistics. I still feel that violence towards civilians will only cause more hurt down the road, and so we shouldn’t cheer it on. Regardless of which side inflicts it.

Also, the poor and disadvantaged people are more likely to be outside / not in shelters.
