We won’t know which one if either of those is the reason the mod banned OP, and I wouldn’t blame that mod for not wanting to respond here since this community tends to have a habit of harassing moderators.

They’re definitely listed as community rules. Here’s a screenshot of the community page in Lemmy-UI:
They aren’t exactly the same as lemmy.world Terms of service though it makes sense they would share similarities.
