Here’s the original image on the website of the “artist”. David Dees was a right wing conspiracy theorist who previously worked as an illustrator for Sesame Street, Looney Tunes, Mickey Mouse, and other Disney Works. I found an archive capture from 2011 and 2009.
There was a reddit sub dedicated to their works as well, Dee’s nuts or something like that, DDee’s, etc. Very well known works. Lots of fascinating stuff like Walmart FEMA camps, anti-vax checkpoints, etc.
