        Most trans women retain their prostate. But trans women as a cohort are at a lower risk of prostate cancer (Although the risk is not zero!). I don’t know the mechanism of that, but I suspect it has to do with hrt

          It is probably because of HRT. How do they get the screenings though? Can they go to urology for that?

            Both a digital rectal exam and blood test (The usual mechanisms) should (I am not an expert in trans healthcare and i am relaying stuff i remember from the slides of a single lecture that I missed) work just fine for trans women too.
