Well, yeah, at least Putin is smart, and will act strategically. Trump is just a monkey flinging poop.
He couldn’t even take Ukraine. The biggest difference is that he isn’t a terminally online manbaby who needs constant attention.

Let these escapades serve as an example that, outside of the Epstein Class, people’s only power here is local.
Honestly they’re correct. Putin at least seems somewhat predictable and he’s definitely more intelligent.
