    Under what circumstances could another country kill, say, Pete Hegseth with a bomb on American soil, and it not be considered an act of war?

    I wouldn’t consider it an act of war. An act of charity to the American people, maybe.

      It would be nice if some country brought democracy to the US for a change. We would even welcome them as liberators.
