Charging customers for content they own the copyright to is definitely the least problematic aspect of Disney. They have many much greater sins to answer for.

Sure, but I still rate the racism, homophobia, animal cruelty, use of sweatshop labour, and Zionism as worse. Copyright laws are unfair to consumers, while the others cause actual harm.
This is very true. They are also not using the copyright to control infrastructure like a software company might.
