    I made a previous post about this. Anecdotally, I’ve seen numerous human drivers hit pedestrians in SF. Number of Waymos hitting humans that I have seen in local news or in person, none.

    They are very very conservative with their driving in SF but can still navigate SFs complex streets (I.e. when a doordash is parallel parked theyre very good at driving around them).

      That’s why you have to standardize the statistics.

      Humans are responsible for more total pedestrian crashes than robo taxis simply because there’s more human drivers on the road.

      Although the standardized statistics agree with your anecdotal observations in this case.

        I don’t know why you are trying to defend human drivers so much. I share the road whit them every day and I hope to fucking God they all get replaced with robots soon.
