I’d recommend the show over the manga. It’s why I laugh about the whole idea that “isekai” is new. I just want to be a girl ontop of Tokyo Tower and be transported into a new world where I am a Magical Girl xD
The funny part is the way Isekai is used now has been around in Japan for decades, but even going further back the old school Isekai were just an adoption of a style do story telling from eastern European stories into a Japanese style.
Those old eastern European stories go back hundreds of years. It’s funny to watch tropes people think are new in anime show up in old ass stories from like the Ukraine region decades before anything remotely close showed up in manga or anime.
So now that furries are more accepted, especially here on the fediverse, are horse girls the next “last group” it’s ok to be assholes to online?

Every horse girl iv know in the last 20 years and I’ve known hundreds have been unhinged one way or another.
I would have guessed a “horse girl” is a girl who likes horses and probably horse-riding. Wouldn’t have been surprised: when I was a teen, we had 50% boys/girls horse riders, and today it seems most teen horse-riders are girls.

The game’s actually really well made. The anime is fantastic with a good author behind it. It is incredibly respectful to the horses in the heritage of them. Honestly, all things said and done. It’s just a generally highly polished IP with a lot of respect to the source material on the horses and it does a lot of charity and good.
