    You know what I love with mainstream media? Zero explaination, zero definitions, zero further reading, and the strict minimum context. I’m convinced that 70% of the propaganda work is to make these kind of news the least researchable possible so that the few readers who read past the headline have the least possible ways of truly understanding what’s happening

    What’s an injunction, in front of what organisms, how does it work, how were the US sanctions supposed to work and what China is doing to undo them? It’s all so vague I can’t even start researching myself

      seriously, that is exactly how the state media operates. keep people minimally informed and make the bar for finding out facts high enough that most people won’t bother and then you can just control their minds with little headlines and soundbites.
