I’m a millennial and think I got the perfect moment in history, school was only school no computers and MSN etc until highschool. There was no mobile phones until then too. (I mean for kids)
Consoles were still multilayer locally and there was no social media.
But we still had all the conveniences of modern life now apart from instant food delivery and streaming


My parents (and their parents) certaintly think my generation is better than theirs.
The summary is this: They lived in post WW2 Rural China, I get to live in the 21st century and also get to grow up mostly in the US… mom said her family money situation growing up was kinda shitty, in contrast she said in my childhood, I got to not worry about starving… they had rationing system…
