If you have an internal combustion engine car that is currently not running due to engine and or transmission issues, but nothing to repair regarding the body, suspension, brakes, etc. There are a couple of companies in LA that do EV conversions, complete with manual transmission mimicking, for about $30,000.

When I said manual controls, I just meant knobs and buttons instead of a touchscreen. Definitely not looking for a stick shift lol.

I have a Hyundai Kona Electric I got used for under 20K with less than 30k miles on jt. Has buttons on the steering wheel, buttons and knobs for the infotainment setup (in addition to the touch screen), etc.
