Chile has a long history of dealing with this and usually takes all the necessary precautions, but add some dumbass gringos (north americans and Europeans) into the mix and they basically go into a remote area and snort lines of mouse shit and then are surprised when they caught a really bad virus.
Argentina doesn’t really take any precautioms afaik.

yes, in chile they always do campaigns, is a fact of life since forever, so for me it’s quite surprising the global craze about it.
