I keep telling you to chill because you’re constantly insisting that I and tons of other users are “supporting genocide”, which is categorically untrue. I’m willing to bet I feel the same way about the Gaza genocide that you do.
But I also understand that politicians (even the small group of politicians these days that I’d classify as “genuinely decent”) are humans, and humans are imperfect, and have an imperfect and incomplete understanding of the world.
You may have noticed that vast swathes of population all over the world, but particularly in the US and Europe, have had a diametric shift in their opinions on Israel and their ongoing apartheid and genocide after they, shall we say, took the gloves off. So: is everyone who, before that point, were trying to have a nuanced understanding of the millennia-long, deeply conflicted history of the region an bad person? How about those who didn’t pay enough attention, but started to when things got really bad in late 2023, and are now horrified by the situation? How about school kids, who don’t know any better and haven’t had the time or exposure to the matter that would lead them to have an opinion that’s not their parent’s opinion? Or, for that matter, how about kids and young adults who were indoctrinated by conservative parents or family members, but then grew out of it as they learned more?
Again, I am not supporting genocide, and im betting a strong majority of the people you are constantly accusing of supporting genocide do no such thing, and likely agree with you overall on how fucked up things in Gaza are. People are imperfect, and their understanding of the world is imperfect, and you are painting with far too broad a brush. All you are doing with your constant belligerence is irritating people. You’re not helping anything by taking such a wildly absolutist stance. Stop it.
Once again, you are missing the point of what I am saying.
I’m trying to point out how you can be a more effective and convincing advocate for a cause that I fully agree with you on.
If you want to continue insisting that we should solve this clusterfuck by waving a magic wand and ignoring the fact that government policy is ultimately dictated by, you know, humans that are fallible and imperfect, but have opinions and positions that change with time and knowledge, go right ahead. But you’re alienating more people than you’re convincing with the way you’re bloviating and castigating people.
By endorsing a hardcore Zionist who works for the Sherrifs department and promises to send more weapons to Israel?
If this isn’t the time to move the overton it never will. It’s people like you who keep the Zionists in power by delegitimizing all pushback against them

Sir this is a Wendy’s
As far as I know Wendy’s has never endorsed sending weapons to mass murder Muslims like AOC does. Try another comparison.
Do you have arguments or just smug meme posting and pretending you are right because you support genocide?

“I don’t support genocide, I just support the politians supporting genocide and am running defense for them”
