My boss lets me live in one of his apartments rent-free with all utilities covered, and he also gave me a spending card.

Scouting out festivals and special events pre-opening and during for free. Learning secret recipes and secret ingredients to make food level up. Flexibility. Edit: Clearly did not read instructions. The top one is the best perk. The second one is on par if I got to do more festivals!
