This will probably get misunderstood but let them use extreme violence, that should get more people to wake up and fight back, Nazis were beaten before because a lot of people rose up against them, these Nazis are no different, we just need a big enough army to beat them.

There are some nice LEDs with kilowatt ratings, and creating a system to turn them into high-intensity strobe lights is not that difficult to build…
