They want to GTFO/move to Europe, but not willing to learn another language, and they’re not aware of Ireland’s existence. They have ancestry claims to citizenship and/or other existing links to the UK. They watched too many British movies/TV shows and think England is nicer than it is. They’re getting jobs in London.

Are they stupid? The UK is headed in the exact same direction.
I can picture a few reasons.
They want to GTFO/move to Europe, but not willing to learn another language, and they’re not aware of Ireland’s existence.
They have ancestry claims to citizenship and/or other existing links to the UK.
They watched too many British movies/TV shows and think England is nicer than it is.
They’re getting jobs in London.
What I told @Flyingsquid who I hsve not seen on here in a long while.
Not every European country is equally easy to move too.
