I see a huge difference in generations. My parents generation can go anywhere and not be bored. They strike up conversations with other people even when those people do not immediately benefit them. They can sit for hours in a spot and not get stressed about it. They enjoy things.

I don’t think they ever can. This stuff is probably learned at critical ages. Like language skills.
