The newer ones would be using Gorilla Glass Victus or Victus+ which is (supposedly) even tougher. Smartphones are getting better and better, and the only downside is the lack of repairability. I remember those early 2015-ish era phones where the screen was easily scratched. I love to see how far the tech has gotten.
