In a post titled “Trump is symbolic of the rot of the US government”, they were calling the concept of “harm reduction” (as in, voting for the person who’s not literally Hitler) “bullshit that liberals tell themselves because they know that what they support is evil”, because they’re a sane, mature human who is not at all stupid as hell.

They didn’t really like it when I pushed back on that narrative by pointing out that far more people have been harmed in the first 2 years of a Trump presidency than would have been over 8 years of a Harris presidency. Que sera, sera.

Sorry, you committed the crime of being a rational Liberal in a sea of rabid lefties.

Posting it here was doomed from the start, this is basically their lair.

Thank you for saying that. The funny thing is - I’m also a leftist. But, because I used my vote to support the candidate with the best shot of preventing another Trump presidency instead of not voting and pretending that I was somehow making the world better doing nothing… I’m literally Hitler.

I did not actually know that this place was so fucking stupid and childish before I posted here, but hey - you live, you learn. I just hope that most of these people will chill out after they graduate high school.

“rational liberal” is an oxymoron. Rational people do not believe a permanent suffering underclass is necessary or good.
