I’m on mobile but for me, if you click on a comment of the person you want to block, there should be three dots on the bottom right corner, that’ll expand your options. The block feature is in that expanded menu. Personally, I just block the hentai and furry comms that show up in All, I don’t find blocking individual users benefits my experience. But you do what you feel you must!
