I would argue the parents are in many cases more addicted than their kids. I find the most egregious users of social media in my life is not my friends kids, it’s not my nephews or nieces. It’s their parents and in my nephews and nieces cases I can tell it is also the grandparents.
I have been nearly forgotten by some in my family because I don’t have a facebook account even.
