No kidding man I used to live outside of Worcester and the high cost of living drove me out of the state. I found a job further north that payed better than what I was making in MA (same field), and has a lower cost of living to boot! I currently pay less for my mortgage on a beautiful home with a garage than I would be paying to rent a shoebox in Worcester or Providence, and not much more than a friend of mine was paying for a ROOM in Boston. And as a bonus I don’t have to live in the armpit of New England anymore! I cannot fathom 600 a month on a car payment as my previous vehicle I bought for 800 and drove for over a year before selling for shy of 3k, and I cannot imagine 600 a month in utilities! As it is I pay about 600 a YEAR for water and sewer, and 150-170 a month to the grid for electric. Shit was definatley more expensive in mass, but I will give it to ma they had SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper health insurance. Groceries were about 100 a week for 2 a couple years ago up here but already it’s bumped up to 150-200 a week for the same crap. I think I have had enough of Trumps “winning” for a lifetime, last year oil was 3.40 a gal my last delivery was just shy of 5 a gallon. Incredible how much living costs have skyrocketed in the last 5 years …
