Probably not immediately, but it would be inevitable. Note that I’m not saying anything about whether this is right or wrong from any ethical point of view in any direction, simply that it absolutely would happen. For whatever reason it has consistently been the policy of the American government not to let this happen.

They also give our surveillance state their surveillance tech and cyberweapons they developed using Palestinians as guinea pigs. They host our police departments and teach them how to treat our citizenry like Palestinians as well.

the reason is that its free surveillance on the rest of the region. USA wants to keep an eye on countries they seem hostile and their interests (oil).
